How do I send a case to you?

There are two easy ways you can do this. Firstly you can fill in the ‘request supplies’ form on our website on our send a case page . Alternatively, you can download the printable versions of the prescription that you can submit with your order. Don’t forget if you have a special request or require further information, you can always call us at (516) 485 4533 or submit a form via the contact us page.

When do you open/close?

We’re open from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Do you have a pricing schedule I can see?

As every case is different the easiest way to get an accurate price is to discuss your needs with us. You can schedule a chat with the team, email, or call us at (516) 485 4533 and we’ll be happy to talk pricing with you.

What services do you offer?

At MCL Dental Lab, we’re a full-service dental laboratory offering a wide range of services including the planning, design, and fabrication of dental prosthodontics, ceramics, implants, and crown and bridge work. How do you accept payment?

Prepayment, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, C.O.D and monthly billing.

Can I see samples of any work you've produced before I commit?

Absolutely! We wouldn’t expect anything less. With this in mind, we’re offering a ‘first case for reduced price’ package, where you send us your first case at reduced cost to you. We’ll carry out the work and if you like what you see, then you can continue to use us if you wish.

What about a product warranty with MCL Dental Lab for crowns, bridgework and removable prosthetics?

If any product we produce is thought to be defective due to manufacturing then we’ll replace it for free up to 2 years from initial contract. Any prosthesis must be inserted and/or adjusted by a licensed dentist and any defective model work must be returned for a replacement credit note to be issued.

What about turnaround time? How many in-lab days can I expect for bridges, crowns and dentures?

5 In-lab days is the magic number for all bridges, crowns, and dentures and don’t forget you may have to add on a further 1-2 days for shipping. That said, some crowns like Ceron Lava and Procera may take longer (up to 8 In-Lab days). Alternatively, base plates, wax rims, and denture repairs typically take less time (up to 5 In-lab days). If you do need something in a hurry, then talk to us because we may be able to prioritize it for an added fee if you really need it fast.

When should I make my payment by?

All invoices must be paid in full by the 15th of the month in which the invoice is prepared. Remember by signing an MCL RX and/or sending cases to MCL you are agreeing to the above policies and terms and any late payments will incur a 2% finance fee.

Can I track my lab cases online?

Absolutely! Talk to us about setting up your free client portal login where you can track all your cases. You can also request pick-ups, and settle any invoices or statements too!
